These were screen shot about the same time. But the game itself (APEX in Origin) only shows its downloading at around 8MB/s. Your browsers speed test shows high when ran by itself, but goes way down while downloading a game or game updates. With the exception of the Omen Command Center being screwed up, everything you show is absolutely normal that I can tell. I'm really at a loss as to what it could be. In regards to Omen command centre, it's showing as receiving a decent DL rate of 50+mb/s, though interestingly when I look at Network Booster it saying I'm not connected to the internet when I am. I've no idea what's causing this, as the stats show it should be downloading with no issues yet the applications are definitely not downloading anywhere close to what they should be.

In the above pics, the network stats show download speeds of over 50mb/s, but in the actual program, it never gets above 8mb/s and takes an age to get anywhere.
